We are committed and passionate about sharing Health and Wellness knowledge with our community Schools, Religious Organizations, Businesses, Groups and Associations.

Our mission is to raise the health of our community, teach them more about health and empower them to make better choices to have better, healthier and happier lives. Dr. Dave Evans commitment to bettering our community has led to him being a member of the Work Place Advisory Council for the California Task Force on Youth and Work Place Wellness headed by Senator Tom Torlakson. He is also working with Luther Burbank High School to teach and share more about health and wellness to our children and young adults.

We offer free Health Screenings and Workshops to learn more about health and teach simple and effective techniques that everyone can implement into their lives easily, now!

We provide a fun, open and interactive environment; we take health and wellness seriously but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be enjoyable!
